I have just fired an amp to my stereo and now have engine buzz through the speakers. I have checked earths, checked rca cables. If I unplug the rca cables from the back of the head unit it goes away....

Mine does the same thing when I get a fault code. Drill a 6 mm hole in the blanking plate.

What are your egt's. They should be high if overfueling.

Mate I had the same problem and had to remove the shims to fix it. There is a measurement of how much force it takes to move to hub so you don't put the bearings under to much load. I'll try find it...

Mines a CRD but I had an over boost error code even though the engine light didn't come on. No sure if Di patrols log it.

So does yours hit limp mode after 12? Have you checked the error code. A bit more boost would lower you egts from my experience.

Mudski will have the needle valve and the instruction on what to block. They were easy to follow.
