So a bit of an update.
Roof rack and awning are on. Was such a simple job ARB really do think about everything.

Well most have probably seen but the ranger is gone and the y62 now take pride and place in the shed..
Ended up going to geelong for this one, 20k less than the best price in SA makes the $150 plane...

Far enough.
Though choice that's for sure..

Might be easier to simply get a receiver hitch recovery point.
Plenty of those around, cheap and been fine for decades.
