With that amount of oil the intercooler will have to be leaking quite bad. As mentioned, check the rocker cover and injector seals.

Yep! And this too. Leaking injector seals also....
Assuming its a 3Ltr... These motors are heavy breathers. If the intercooler is original, I'd dare say its leaking. Best thing to do is replace the intercooler and fit a catcg can to can the oily...
