hate to say it mate but i strongly suggest doing a comp test while hot and a tk test, looks like rust which means coolant is getting into the cylinder, been there a few times myself, my tb42e went 3...
before you go buying a new carbie, go get a dyno shop to do a couple of power runs then they can actually see what the afrs are doing in real time under load.

you can buy o2 sensor bungs..any decent exhaust joint should have one or just grad a stuffed old sensor from the wreckers to plug the hole
