Yep looks like you lost your locking hub, It's a bit hard to see if you still have the lock nuts on your stubb axle but if ya looking for some new hubs maybe try this link.

A simple fix Bigrig, just pull the switch and open it up[careful as they have some small bits that come loose] clean up the contacts on the pins and plate then replace and should work fine, mine have...

Gday mate yeah the Premier winch is a good one and hasnt failed me yet in the 4 years I've owned it, only thing I would do differently is, now they make a bigger one.
