Good find MH a factory tigged IC is about 33% bigger than stock, so a small gain to be had.
Have a look at an XR6 IC I think they would be very close to working .

The hpd housing doesn't eliminate over boost issues. It simply allows you to overboost.

Yea the tungsten last longer but when they fail cause more damage.
The ceramic wear quicker. Change more often.
Unsure of any operational differences.

How high is high idle?
Is it about 500 rpm higher than normal? These have a high idle switch "sort of a choke" and also hight idle if the aircon is switched on. The switches just tell the engine...

FYI on Tojos they have an earth strap for different sections of the 4x4
EG front of engine bay,,, rear of engine bay,,,, front of cabin etc etc

The CRD's don't "need" the dawes and needle valve. This is fact. But adding these valves impact greatly on better engine performance. This is fact also. I've fitted quite a few to the CRD's to see...
