Yeah not having a damper on wouldn't be helping. My issue was wheel bearings. I wasn't doing them up just that tight enough, eventually I had to change the stub axles where the wheel bearing run as...

Think we found it.

BD sent a new harmonic balancer. How it happened on a new engine, have no idea but ... what the heck.

Sorry, not defending them but they do state ( i think ) 3 months or 5000 km on second hand ZD30 engines.

Unless they rip them open and refurb the engine, it would be pretty hard to qualify the...

Mine is a Serpy belt accessory drive and has a Belt driven onboard Air Compressor running off an xtra wide pulley on the A/C comp... IE the AC, PS pump, Alt etc are standard serpy and a dinky little...

I did the same, Took the bull bar and side Raines, the dog box off, the passengers seat, emptied the fuel tanks, took every conceivable bolt on option off to get the tare weight done for NSW....
