140-150 is not unreasonable. But its at the higher end of 11mm pump from memory.
TD42Ti pumps had computer controlled fuel advance im pretty sure and as such not worth your time or money.

To get the liner and piston protrusions I wanted we dummied it and then decked the block to suit.
Just pre top and coat your pistons to suit the deck height you have. Most engine guys will know pretty close to the thickness of their coating.
