I've seen a 6wheel patrol (towing as a 5th wheeler) - I checked, and the extra axle is lazy.
Beats me why you would do it on a wagon. Especially if the axle is lazy.

Biodiesel is different to Waste Motor Oil (WMO) and Waste Vegetable oil.

Generic fuel advice:
Pump valve for fuel (on top of fuel filter on rd28t) until it I firm.
Using two spanners, loosen the fuel lines at the top of the injector, on the fuel lines you changed....
