Silicone intercooler hoses on these motors are no good. Ive seen he turbos oil up, not much though, even from near new. The direct injection motors are the same.
Oil is silicones worst enemy....

It could also be the amount of oil in it they dont like being overfilled even a little bit.

Its ok now Im making a plate the same shape but 6mm in from all sides with a 12mm x 16mm slotted hole .
