For sure - the engine always warms up first. Especially here in Siberia I have a pre-start circulation heater to bring the engine up to temp before I even crank it.

Yes, it was a complete rebuild - top and bottom. I completely replaced the head as it was warped and scored and the new head was from an RD28 non-turbo that mated up perfectly. It had hydraulic...

No doubt something got in the #4 cylinder and chewed it up. Trying to find a replacement head, but it's not too easy here.

Dropped it off to get the head completely rebuilt. Not looking forward to the bill, but a necessary expense.

That's exactly what I followed when I installed it. I know that's what the instructions say, but logically it is backwards. It's the only catch can in their lineup that uses that inlet/outlet...
