I agree with josem about the gauges and the oil catch can and I would also look at blocking the EGR {talk to Ferrett} but you dont need a manual boost control on a CRD.

Glad all went well ben.
Just remember that if you are not fitting a manual boost controller you will need to go back half a turn on your VNT adjustment when you block your EGR.

Did you adjust your VNT after fitting zorst?
maybe it is spooling up too quick.
I would be fitting NADS asap if I were you blacky k, may save you some big $$$$$$$$$$ assuming it is a 3lt.

Have you checked the rubber pads that sit on top of your coil's?
If they are warn out, it could explain the metal on metal noises.

Yes Ben, your maf is on your air intake and you will need a torx head spanner to undo it. You can clean it with a spray on contact cleaner but be careful as they are fragile....

Sounds like your MAF either needs a clean or needs replacing, also what sort of condition is the air filter in?.
Also are you running a catch can Ben? if not you may find your Intercooler needs a...
