Quick update.. turns out loss of power was due to faulty maf sensor... 2ndly big shout out to mudski/mark for helpn me out by sending me a spare couple of maf sensors to test out... seriously top...

Welcome mate... i got an 04 rig so do a few others on here.. a masive knowledge base on this forum.. like others have said look into nads for the 3l... and clean the intake manifold.. mine had 180k...

Wires at the plug look good... havnt checkd voltage.. waitn for my ecu talk to show up.. but it feels like its fuel deprived.. hence why i think faulty maf...

Nah i didnt bother clear coating.. but i do liked the brushed lookd with the clear coat... might do that when i finsh knockn up my sliders tho...
