Found the rear vertical strut off the tortion bar was snapped in two. Missed it when the roadworthy was done. Welded it up good as new. Added a stone guard to the air intake on the bonet and gave Ted...

Pulled all the back seats out to make room for the make-over (my bunk and draws etc), painted a few stripes on her so she stands...

mmmm, just got to pay for my rebuilt engine before I can even think about new tyres. Doin' the rest of it myself too, great to see another chick with a grinder, did you get it going or buy a new one....

Then I gave her a thorough detail, took the bonnet off with the engine hoist and started the discovery mission.

It took a month to find a company willing to carry her. Seems trucking company's dont like carrying dead cars... Thanks to McAleese Transport she made it to Brisbane. My mechanic mates helped out...
