Hi Craig been out of the loop for ages now.
I had my points tested at a certified cable and sling place
some were bolted to a plate of steel others were bolted to them selves
and stress applied...

I was in a HOT SPOT lockdown no drama happy to do it.
later and unrelated I was taken to hospital. Had the mandatory
COVID test, its not as dramatic as it looks on TV, yes they stick
a swab up...

rustynail good job on the welding its not easy
welding something that is gal coated. You need
to maybe grind the gal off first or burn it off when
welding it. Again good job

Hi Craig while the heads off you could clean up the inlet abd outlet ports.
Just rempve any casting marks ans smoooth them out.
