When I did mine, I took out the alternater (To get the the thermostate) which loosed the belt, then took the whole waterpump out.

Of course at this time I have no coolant/water in...

When I did my water pump, thermostate, etc, I got the belt off by just taking the alternator out =] Little bit of fiddling around lining it back up which didnt take too long.

Nice, intercooler is a good upgrade, iv spent to much on the car lately,

I would suggest getting a TJM or ARB snorkel as the cheap and nasty ones are cheap and nasty :P,

Which type of boost controller have you purchased, I have seen somewhere that electric ones dont work ? I stuck with chaz at yellowfoot Dawes and Needle valve, working great, very fiddily to get it...

Yes to replace the clutch fan, water pump comes off, it come as a assembly, I'v just recently done mine,

What state are you from? I should be able to beat any prices youve been given.

I did the egr block a month before I received my dawes and needle valve,
I didnt have any drama.

I seached for VDO gauges locally however they were still too exspensive, went for digital autometers from the US, $360 for pyro and boost express delievery.

Ok too easy, If you need parts, ask me for a quote = ]

I was quoted $165 to pull apart and clean my radiator, bought a brand new one for $163+ Gst ;P
