I initially bought cheapies from ebay, $99 for boost and EGT, the boost flickered and the EGT button broke off after changing the color's the first time. Ended up with some nice digital ones

Oh and as for rust. Mine came with rubbers that go over the feet so theres no issues with rust

I have a full length alloy 24x7. It makes a bit of a whistle on the highway but i dont notice it with music on.

Yeah just a single actuator with the two wires is all I used without any issues.

You will need to get a drivers side actuator and under the dash all the wires you need will be there in a white plug :)
