I have a 2.8td GQ with the 3" straight though as people have said not the best for towing but never let me down and I managed to keep up :)

Have a look at the driver side spring plate they have really bad drainage and alot of the time fill up with mud/sand and water make them rust out and you dont really notice cause there a plate over...
