You can also get ready mixed coolant which is roughly same price as concentrate/de mineralised water as jff45 suggested. Red coolant is better quality in my opinion, more expensive though.

Pretty sure theres 2 beams that go across the whole engine bay front behind the grille. These are not removable so you cant get enough leverage to take out engine and gearbox in one go.
