I use 20L per 100 K's on Gas.On a trip this sometimes get down to 18L per 100 K's
Towing a Camper Van (Jayco Dove) it blows out to 22L per 100 K's

What do you call a lot of gas? What accessories do you have? How hard do you drive?

A small amount of movement is normal, but I would be checking engine and gearbox mounts.

yes the recomended plug for the standard 4.2 is BPR5E to use lpg go to a BPR6E
or ask at repco or sprints the will tell you
or if you want to go platinum plugs the codes are slightly different...

Not hard to do when you know what you're doing, but does take a few hours and is very messy.

It may do, depends how far out of adjustment they are. Is it running rough on petrol and gas?

Do you mean fan motor behind the dash or the compressor under the bonnet? Compressors are mounted low down in the engine bay and are susceptible to damage from mud and dirty water getting into...
