Not really mate. Just to much tolerance available. You can modify the thermostat using washers or something similar.

Yeah Im back, bit propping and still full of juice thanks all for your thoughts.

FWIW My patrol got hailed on and it was only 6k total. Thats hail repair and door shut (only the exterior) paint.
Im all for giving things a crack, hell i want to paint some stuff on my missus...

Dont you love it when you are about to go on a big trip but waiting on a part that is supposed to arrive the next day with plenty of time to fit is late and it is now cutting it close....
