just wondering if anyone out there has successfully installed the Ti overhead compass into a non microchip 2001 GU td
not sure if it has to hook into more than just powerAttachment 68477
thanks

no, dont know of anyone, but dayam, that looks good
looks good aye, think I will bite the bullet and buy it see how it goes
I have seen threads about it somewhere. So keep looking it has been done. For the external temp to work you need to hook up a probe somewhere.

found this from the states, not much room to fit a UHF??
couldnt get in from work but did check it out from home which was fine. Have ordered it from wreckers in Vic so have to wait for it to rock up for a look at the wiring ...

This style would fit just need and extension patch cord Imo. lol
have seen a couple of set ups with a second radio. never really thought of it as a necessity, but with that price could set that one up as the main and keep the other one in the glovebox or somewhere - theres some great ideas around on locations
You could mount your UHF there and mount a VHF radio elsewhere down the track
Hi Guys, my compass stop working , So I took it out and replaced it with two Gauges . look great cheers Alex
