Yeah it is funny. Sharleen was aptly named though, spelt incorrectly and she was the biggest, rustiest pos ever. she was broken down more often than she ran and she taught me heaps about patrols. It was very useful (although frustrating).
And Elizabeth was named because she is/was a grand old girl. Now she is being dinted and scratched, lol
A couple of shots of my old "80" towing Scotty's [Bigrig ] new camper.
Yep one of those but he came over to the dark side

Just found a Photo of my 1991 Gq 4.2 Patrol
Photo taken on 23/11/1991
Location Vic High Country
Great shot, Bob.
The car looks pretty well stock, was it your first Patrol?
Cheers Gavin
Yes it was the first. I used to trade in every three years and over the years purchased 4 New Patrols. The last and my present I purchased 2nd Hand.
None of my Patrols were ever modified except for Bullbars and I have managed to go most places in Victoria's High Country
Thanks for the reply Bob.
Would you be able to tell me the make of your alloy wheels please.
I really like the look of them on your car and would love to get a set if they are still available.
Gavin
Thanks for that info.
