Hopefully there will be 600 tickets available this year just waiting on shire permit.

They spent a good 5 mins trying to get free, the winch jammed up at one point and was useless... The navi was trying to jam tyres under the wheels to get some traction

This guy was giving it a red hot crack, and doing really well. according to friends / family around, it was only his first event and was running a fairly standard gq with 450k on the clock!!
Unfortunately his winch rope snapped and the free spool spat the dummy l, finishing his day

Was another awesome event , weather was fantastic and the stages were great.
Friday night seen 3 rollovers. And 2 engines blown one team was up until 2.30 Saturday morning changing a motor and back racing by 9am.
Saturday seen 5 stages ran with a nice long speed stage with one winch, had a DNF time of 15min with teams completing in an average of 12min the fastest was 8min 10sec.
There was plenty of recoverys done throughout the day,lots of broken steering arms,steering knuckles,winches, a few diff's and two clutches being changed that night. Sunday ran quite smoothly with only a few recoverys needed and almost all the cars finishing the day the seesaw seen for a few action shots with some cars slipping off half way over. 1st was patroldocta 2nd was biders4wd and third was roadrunner offroad, sorry I don't have any pics was flat out all weekend. My eldest son helped out over the weekend and got a hot lap in the mates race car on Saturday night while we were setting up the stages for Sunday he didn't stop smiling all weekend I reckon lol.
For those that did go on Sunday hope you enjoyed the day I don't think you would have been disappointed.
