should be right are you using 50 x25 x 3 RHS sliced on an angle.
You'll also need the small weld on piece for the ball knuckles

Have braced my front and rear diff. Haven't had any clearance issues as yet.

Yep. Braced mine.
Made absolutely no difference to clearance as you brace the top side, not the bottom.

Did you guys make sure it was straight pre and post welding?
Nope. Just winged it and hoped for the best. But the last wheel alignment shows that both wheels are almost at 0 degrees so all good.
How do you check for straightness?
You can do it in a lathe, use a torch and do it by eye or the best method is to make a bar that goes all the through the housing inc the centre and uses bushes/discs that slide onto said bar and into the axle seal area. Now if its straight they go straight into the seal are if not its clearly visible which way it needs to go.
Here's the last wheel balance.

I did post a thread on methods on how to weld the diff so to not bend the thing. Surprisingly, the rear diff housing has a slight bend in it, but I've fixed this.
Cheers for the help blokes! Looks like they have come up pretty good :smiley_thumbs_up:
Forgot to ask, did you guys buy a kit from somewhere or make one yourself?
Ebay. Can't make it for that price
