I wouldn't take their advice. Only one is wearing appropriate welding attire, the rest will be burned by the welding splatter. None are wearing safety glasses when operating the oxy. The is a complete lack if care for WHS regulations. I would be seeking their qualifications before asking any advice.

I did notice a nice butt ..….... Weld in there. And on the oh&s side of things, they would get some awesome sun burn from uv rays welding gives off
