This poor bastard needs all the help he can get! Should have bought a Patrol ?
No I didn't buy a f%#king JEEP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This clown was offered by jeep to buy it back off him for about $25000 a little while ago and he refused.
Just a dickhaed in my opinion
I did waste my money on a Jeep Cherokee. Had it 3 years from band new and still had the same problems it started with. I can understand his frustration but in the end I got rid of it and done the best thing I have ever done. . . . Got me a Patrol.
Never looked back.
Only one Jeep. and he brought it buyer beware I say lol
Only one Jeep Is Jeeps slogan, don't give a shite about the rest
Brings a whole new meaning to "you bought a Jeep". . .
If it was me I would have taken the money and got something else. You brought a lemon ,ok ,they will buy it back from ,great , now stfu and go buy something that's not a lemon not hang onto it and whinge about more lemon problems.
But if he just took the 25k for it then all that means is he paid 25k to Jeep to screw him around (a shipload by the sounds of it) and nothing else would come of it. You all know how frustrating it is not to get closure or vindication after being messed around.
I like this shape grand cherokee

I'd still buy that jeep hahahaa!!!
I service a v6 one and they're comfortable as, i rate it on par with the Porsche Cayeen
i agree, if he were to take $25000, than what about about the other $25000? would you be happy if you bought a brand new nissan patrol, and it was riddled with faults from day one, and Nissan Australia, came to you after you had caused a big big stink and said well fair enough, your car is pretty bad, how about we give you half your money back and youll be on your way? if the vehicle was as bad as he said it was, they should have offered him a replacement OR a full refund IMO.
i believe what he is doing now is trying to turn heads so he can set a precedent for people in the future who have the same problem. i understand his frustration, although i dont think he is going about it the right way. The Australian legal system is pretty fickle, there isnt a good balance of which side the law takes and most times the larger companies will triumph over an individual.
anyway, good luck to him, maybe he'll go out and get a troll next!
oh and 93patrol, i think you are so wrong mate. if you bought a brand new car for 50k and sold it 3 years later for half that would you be happy? i doubt anyone would with that depreciation...
wow, the list of things wrong with it(and i thought my woes were bad atm):
Q. What has gone wrong with your Jeep?
A. Please don't get me started...actually too late. here goes...Fuel Line fell off (at the time of getting handover in the showroom!), Loss of all climate controls (twice), Rattling in drivers door, Clock couldn't keep the correct time (for 2 years!), Bash plate hanging off, Turbo inlet manifold cracked (towtruck required), Rain sensor failed, Major coolant leak inside vehicle (towtruck required), External mirrors getting loose all the damn time (special screws so I can't even tighten them myself if I wanted to!), Ignition failure (towtruck required), Faulty seat belt tensioner, Heater exchange cracked behind dashboard, Starter motor intermittently running after the engine has started (has been replaced but keeps doing it), Drivetrain Control error (towtruck required), wipers intermittently coming on when driving in dry conditions, Rear strut leaking oil and had to be replaced... see why we want to burn it?
I made a token donation as I hate the thought of this ever happening to my family..... no one deserves that treatment.
Would you pay someone to $50,000 to f^%k you up the bot bot... even if you like that kind of thing $50,000 is a lot of money.
I thought about buying a jjjjeeep once and nearly shot myself, stupid bastard.
For a 14 month old car to get offered 1/2 what you paid.. .id tell them to get farked. I don't bend over for anyone.
Watch his vid have me the shits plus I wouldn't buy a jeep anyway. Been in 3 different Cherokees didn't like them at all and drove my mates wrangler today didn't like the vagueness of the steering and the brake peddle up around my knees ant the accelerator hiding under the floor mat
The car was already 3 years old before he ever requested buyback or assisted re-purchase. It aint no Nissan patrol mate lol.
This car is the same age with only 84k on the clock. $22,990 advertised price.

He neglects to tell anyone how many k's his car has done on the web site.
Ok the car has had some issues, but all have been fixed.
You wouldn't be happy, but this guy is going about it all the wrong ways imo.

Sorry couldn't help myself.
I too feel for the poor bloke as I got bent over when I bought mine and the head sh&t it self inside of a month after I bought it. Partly my fault as I did not realise the salesman slipped a warranty waver in while I was singing the paper work.
Sent from me using Forum Runner
I'd own a JEEP .... A WILLY's jeep the other is a POS and have been for 20+ years.
Update ... He's got the $ needed and in 5 days he's killing the car lmao! http://www.destroymyjeep.com
We should convoy up to Bli Bli for the event. His right about the lemon laws.
Here is his Facebook page.
Comments on there about the Jeep ad where the neighbours grass is a mile high. "They bought a Jeep" ........... yeah and the poor bastards are stuck out in the bush somewhere !
I thought Chrysler had already killed it LOL
Sold it on ebay for about $200.
Who cares...... The guy's a dick
Good on him, if he can get some action change on the lemon laws, we all win.
Hitler is not impressed at all with this...

Somehow I don't think there was a big turn out lol http://youtu.be/TvHUIvtTU7A
