Hey fellas havin issues with my gq ute. At best it will do 110 on the flat. My mechanis mate rekins it's just injector pump needing adjusting. Any1 have any ideas

It's a 93 gq ute td42. It pulls up to bout 80 then then struggles. Got 33s on it but doubt that would have a lot effect. Cheers for any help
Do you have the gauze filer on the inlet of thecpump....If so, then pull it out and give it a good clean, as they catch the larger particles and can clog up

yes shaft had the same problem on an mk 3.3 td as soon as the pedal was pressed heavily, was struggling. check that little strainer as i gets all the crap from the tank and reduce the flow of diesel..

Well I think I found the strainer out ill be buggered it I could get it out of the bolt so just cleaned it best I could. I also found a wrapping injector so nipped that up shall see if there's any difference

Air in the system. Crack fuel lines at injectors. Crank till fuel comes out. Tighten. It should splutter into life.

You wouldn't read about it went to crack the second injector and snapped the injector rail. No ute this weekend now
