stick around Luke and save those Pennies, always welcome on any fishing trip.
Its no Patrol but at least you're still able to 4x4
Yeah im glad about that atleast apparently there not to bad haven't taken it out anywhere yet really wanna come do some fishing in the near future to
Yeah need to save abit of coin for another gq biggest mistake ever selling it
The down side to the jackaroo off road, is the low transfer case
and the fact its IFS, which limits suspension movement. you'll still make it just bump and grind a bit more,
what model early box shape or later shape?
Isuzu do a great diesel engine
Its a 93 model 3.2l v6 petrol it actually drives good I just dont like those front torsion suspension
don't be surprised if your driving lights shake loose all the time , its a Jackaroo thing.
seems to body mounts are way too hard, mate had a 96 model went everywhere we went,
Though not the best for off road duties, any good on the fuel I never asked my mate??
Try not to spend any $$$ on it if possible as it could be money spent on buying another Patrol ,
now you have some trade in dollars as well, should be able to pick up a GQ dual fuel at a reasonable price
Geeze TD ya not selling it hay. Lol
Sad day for all.
I like all 4x4s well most its like a Harley and a postie bike your still out there riding
But I'm not a Harley fan as there are 3 things they don't do, go, stop or handle. but they do sound good.
and I rode in a bike group for over 8 years when I had hair LOL
Mate once got snatched out of a river crossing by one of those two stroke suzukis he drove a Range rover
talk about embarrassed, up the high country somewhere showing off to his girl friend lol
Not the best on fuel and I already have to put money into it for the timing belt and rego its only shaky between 100 @ 110 ks the mrs loves it though and she wasn't keen on my patrols they were to shaky and uncomfortable for her liking its not stopping me saving for another though lol
Well if its just that 1 problem im happy to pay $500 to fix it and have a reliable car and keep the mrs happy lol
happy wife ,happy life, what do you think wobble is at 100-110k, Tyres ?
Nah first thing I did when I got it was put my patrol wheels and tyres on maybe wheel alignment and balance I hope its more of a up and down shake then a wobble
Ah that's good then a nice easy fix. where are you located again Ballarat area was it.
After my next back Op I'll be going fishing big time, Bob nailed a 800mm Cod last weekend
up near Echuca was 700 he re-measured it lol but a big cod
Yeah ballarat im keen as to go fishing its been a while thinking of going to w.a,tazzy,or nz for a fish ill fly though
