Well not sure if it's my bad luck, but my 2 actuators in the middle doors snapped the shafts, then the 2 I got to replace em with.. Exactly the same thing..
So I got looking at aftermarket kits..
For sub $100 you can get a keyless empty kit for the 4 doors, for $150 ya start talking emobilisers..
So has anyone retro fitted an aftermarket kit??
Yes we fitted one to my patrol, can't remember the brand but it's been in for nearly two years without problems and it was $80!
Fitted 2 kits from jay car 1 remote entry and 1 connected to alarm work fine, I did buy a second master sol for pass door and put the other std sol on back door.
This was my plan to seeing most kits are just 4 door.Quote:

I got the Warlock KG400 kit from JB's. Works well...Was under $100 too.
I have a jaycar one installed. They do this one for $80

Yeah remote looks cool, no idea on quality, having the rear door lock/unlock is great so I would at least add thatQuote:
