Gunna have a heap of relatives coming here. Hopefully will get to the Otways to meet RLI. Planning to do lots of dune driving and fishing.
Heap of family do's and BBQ's etc... Even though none of my family are religious, it's still a tradition we follow. Plus I'll have a few weeks off, so gonna spend lots of time with my little boy and finish some things around the house slowly prepping it for the potential sale.
Mate is also planning a trip to specifically go drive the blue rag track and since none of us have been up there before, if it eventuates it'll be blind leading the blind. So that may soak up 4-5 days for us.
Other than that just chilling out.
Were heading over east for nearly 6 weeks on the weekend, going to have christmas with my oldies for the first time in 11 years then mums 60th birthday so that will be like a huge family reunion for me, havnt seen anyone over there for nearly 4 years so it will be good to catch up with old mates and family.
Before Xmas, Stretch and I will hopefully do a trip up Dargo/Knockwood/Jamieson, somewhere up there for 2-3 days b4 chrissie, then camping in Yarrawonga Boxing Day to maybe the 10th.
Quick dash up to Sydney for Christmas .... back for a couple of days then up into the hills.
Not sure where yet, as it could be either Wonnangatta, a round trip including the Ingeegoodabie Track, or around Blue Rag at this stage ... ooh - the possibilities.
Mic
North straddie next week for 7 days , home for Christmas then if the weather is good in the boat to south straddie for a week or so
My mum and brothers are coming up, and besides that we will be packing the house up :)
My aunties own a cafe so we go there and pig out for lunch, last year was the first time we have done it and it was so good, great food! Then I go up to Lakes Entrance the next day to see Dad and we have a seafood feast for lunch with all the family.
We were going to do a trip for 10 or so days but decided to go to monkey mia for the 10 days instead ( about 830 km from here) ...got a beachfront powered site, so will be setting the camper trailer up and waking up to the ocean each morning and just relax, swim, fish, kayak and drink and drink some more.... Will do a couple days of 4wding but mainly stay at monkey mia....New Years eve in the "monkey bar" one of the bars at the resort.....
Looking forward to the break... Hasn't this year just gone so so quickly....
Scotty
I am home with the dog as the son and fiancé are heading south for Xmas with her family, I was going home but 2 days is not enough time as I like to give the staff Xmas off so I go in myself. I will probably cook us a weber roast, the dog loves her roast.
Hoping to organise these blokes over here to get out for a wheel over the Xmas new year break!
Heading to the old mans in Albany, hitting a few beaches each day. Leaving the ladies at home after New Years n the two of us are off for a few day camp/fish trip to boat harbour near palinup

Taking 3 weeks off to spend around the house getting the jobs done I rarely have time for. Hopefully get at least two brews down so I don't run outa beer later on. Other than that a quiet one with the misses and the dog
Family and tons of relatives heading to the beach. Time to try out the new Maxxis on the dunes and take the dirt bike for a spin as well.
Nothing, I loathe Christmas with a vengence, it is nearly as crap as New Years Eve.
Ahhhhhhh Ebineezer hahahahahha
So do I.... not sure what I am doing... what ever I am told I expect.
Going down to our house in Mornington on boxing day as the tenant has moved out and I need to do some maintenance so the kids can go down the beach and have fun.
Then new years its off to Merrijig with my brother inlaw (he may have pulled out) and Mudski's family.. only issue is my dogs???
Fracster s just knarky cause his team is losing
TBH not a fan much either of xmas

You don't know how old I am, but you got Bob right
I was just having a crack at Johnny boy.... he loves it when I remind him of his age.
Xmas day for us, will be a BBQ on the beach North Stradbroke Island :newyear:, then 10 days later we head off to Fraser Island for a week
Not a big fan of Christmas, mainly ‘cos all the extended family are all in the UK. Here it’s just the 3 of us, wife, son & me. This will be a strange christmas though, likely our last one at this place which has been our home for the past 18 years. We signed contracts (subject to finance) this morning, & expect to hear of the buyers bank’s approval by 20th December. (They had ‘pre-approval, just waiting for ‘formal’ approval now). Settlement date 23rd January, at which time we will become homeless!
As BA said I'm gonna spend a few days with him in Merrijig. Its gonna be a great break with old mate. Then a week later I am spending a week in Merimbula with the wife and kids. I'm not a big family man myself, apart from my own. I'd be happy to move far away and only see them once a year. Trying to convince the wife to make the move to Bright. I'm working on it...
Wifes family coming to ours..............OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH joy Uncles, Aunties, Parents, Cousins, second cousins............................. cant wait
Just me the missus and son for lunch then daughter son inlaw and 2 grand kids for tea
Not a big fan of Xmas apart from the catchup of mates for a few drinks but that looks uncertain at the moment.
Mind you lunch should be good as there will be Tassie Scollops ,Tassie brown and rainbow trout caught by yours truly on the menu, and washed down with some Hellyers road scotch. So allround a quiet one for me.
