hello
I was just about to put a duel battery system in my 4.5 ltr 2001 gu. I would like to place the 2nd battery under bonnet was just wondering if any body has photos, I was thinking of moving the air cleaner and a few bits and bobs and sit it on other side of motor (one on each side of motor) any ideas please

Think you are on the right track as most with dual fuel have trouble fitting Aux battery.
If only on ULP just juggle some bits around there should be a bit of space in front of passenger
thanks threedogs I think I will take photos and upload them for anybody else who has same problems as i will run into.

Just looked at mine......the LPG conversion hogs all the real estate!
Heres mine if its any help, (no LPG), home made mount, quite a tight fit, but didn't have to move anything to get it all in.

thanks for the pics but with lpg dont have the room, need to think about it more must be a way to fit it all in.
Mine is the same as 04OFF's and i have lpg. My lpg is injected though, no mixer must free up some room?Quote:

Is that an alarm or car horn near the firewall mate?
alarm, still got the standard horn although I do have a train air horn in the shed just got to hook up a tank one day, got one on the crawler that's great for getting people out the way.Quote:
