Tallarook 9th December medium day family friendly.

Meet at Murchison look out at the cross road of Strath creek road and Murchison spur road, 9.30am channel 17uhf

Started another to make things clear to people, this is a medium day and is novice and family friendly but for those that want to do the harder tracks they are there to do as well.

Stop for lunch by the dam and it is a bring your own food affair.

Basic recovery gear recommended but if you do not have that is ok as there is enough between us but rated recovery points is a must.

I am leaving from Thomastown so if you want to meet at my place send me a PM and I will give you the details.

See how I'm going but would be coming in from Ennis Rd I'll find you , just name some tracks you'll be doing early.

Starting at TEHAN 6.. heading down then up Tehan 4 then either over to Jenkin to do the hill climd or up Rocky track (and it is bloody rocky) then head over to Magazine then Bills then make our way to the Dam for lunch....

I should be there BA. But it will be just me and a mate, the wife and kids, who wanted to come mind you have something on that day. I'll ring you on Saturday bud. If I go can you stop by my way so we go up together? We just have to drop by Sth.Morang to pick up my mate. I've never been up there.

Ok I have hopefully found a way around my recovery point touching my bar. If anyone is unhappy with how or where I have put it let me know.

Ok today I have to contemplate replacing the seals in the other hub (yuk) and changing over the wheels to the KM2's.........

My shooting trip is off as I forgot about my wifes xmas work function!!!

Changed wheels but cant be rooted doing the other hub today... the way I feel I would have done a crap job of it anyway!!!

I'm gonna pull out boys. my boys sick and a mate stuffed the clutch in his 4b on the same track I did mine on a month ago so ill be shooting up to bunyip in the morning have fun tomorrow but I know it will be hard to as I won't be there with the torque monster

I travel up the Hume to Broadford then turn right off the exit towards Flowerdale... about 12-15km's so I will not be coming through Whittlesea sorry Kev.

Yeh will be handy to keep the dust down I am still cleaning my nose out from the last trip let alone my car.

All good just do the old 4/80 aircon trick, put all you windows down and sit on the free way for a bit. May I suggest wearing a breathing apparatus and safety glasses. Lol

The day after I got back from that trip I got the compressor out and opened all the doors and went to town on my car, I took the air filter out and cleaned it again (I cleaned it at camp before leaving) and then went and bought a new one and also blew compressed air up the snorkel as there was just so much dust.

Good thing about having a 240v compressor with a air tank.

Are you taking a bbq BA? Mine need new jets and haven't got around to fixing it. Just wondering if you are can you spare a small space on it for a few snags....

can we take charcoal BBq? don't think my 6 burner is travel safe lol.
