Another new member!
Neglected to do this as I was too intent on getting an answer to a question! Sorry!!
I have a GU Patrol 4x4 manual 3.0 litre turbo diesel cab chassis 2010 model, purchased new in 2010. It has a nice tray set up and I currently have a removable canopy on it for camping. I live on the central tablelands of NSW (a bit coolish here at the moment!) and intend on doing a bit of travelling around.
Having a bit of an issue with a local Nissan dealer not being able to diagnose an overheating problem (going into its 3rd week now) and have posted this problem in the Mechanical forum.
Looking forward to getting lots of ideas from the more experienced Patrol owners here!

Thank you. I may not own a Patrol much longer, the way this overheating problem is going.

Get a loaner leave your 4x4, and tell them not to ring until fixed.
they can drive it home and see if they enjoy getting stuck

Having trouble getting a loaner from the dealer - "we only have three; one is in Sydney, ones in the panel shop and the other is loaned out". Just waiting until we get a phone call today to say what is happening. Will keep you posted........
