Interesting. Both my front calipers have no clips, or brake gear of any kind, just the pads and that's it.
wow really the pads arent (sloppy/movin) around in the caliper

No, none of those are on mine, so some slack arse has ditched them before I got the vehicle. I will have to get a set and fit them.
partsouq.com have hardware kits which have both those clips and all the backing plates. Currently 18 in stock at $47au plus shipping.
thats them yer they help push the pad down on the rotor im pretty sure. riped the twin calipers off today the are missing clips too, FML lol im im still going to use them nissian newby two post down added a parst store ive never heard pf before just looked and yea is 57 + 20 postage for single genuine shim kit or its 63 + 20 for the twin pot shim kit so im just gona bit the bullet and get the twin pot setup running and ill try to sell the old single piston calipers and rotors. thanks for looking for me your a champ.Quote:
