Although it's a bit disheartening knowing they accessed eBay a few months ago but only realised 2weeks ago.
.............. and Paypal passwords as well...

They do ask you to change it even though they have no breeches of there security while they investigate.
A bit on the ABC lunch time news, some dude who reckons he knows it all suggested that as Paypal and eBay are so intimately entwined then as a precaution change both passwords.Quote:

As far as Paypal goes the worst that could happen to me is that a hacker could find out what I’ve spent. I always maintain a zero balance in Paypal & have it linked to a debit card on which I only keep a balance of a couple of bucks, adding funds as I spend.
Turns out the hack happened back in February. ..... how do they keep that quiet
