A pizza shop at Coober Pedy has had a "Coat of Arms" pizza for years with Roo and Emu, it tasts great.
No problems with it as long as it is advertised a such......
Love it. Always a little weary of roo caz off all the worms but.....They'll be good im sure.
Roos good low fat extremely high protien. Way better than the steroid pumped crap in the stores.

Go to the Praire hotel Parachilna, and have a road kill grill. Fn awsome, kanga,emu,camel all on the same plate and they have been serving it up for bloody years.

I enjoy hunting and over all the people complaint to Facebook about my kill shots. Showing a pic of a fish you caught is worse as the die slow compared to a heart lung or head shot. We are omnivores we should eat all animals unless they are deemed protected endangered or poisonous. Emu I have not had had emu egg. Skippy croc snake grubs kina paua brain all organs gave it all a go. Just because its cute and fluffy doesn't mean its not tasty. If city people knew what went into farming and how the farmed animals are treated then we'd have more vegos or more hunters
My favourite place to eat in Darwin was the Genghis Kahn restaurant, they had just about every type of animal found in the Territory on the menu. Bloody brilliant place!
Wild98 they had that road kill on the Menu in 1994.

Usually take some Roo up the Murray but not sure if Safeway sell it anymore.
Saw some deva on TV the other day won't eat anything with a face, what BS but each to their own.
Not a big fan of those fresh water mussels up the Murray, but great for plugging holes in your tinnie LOL
I'll give anything a go except those chilli of Growlers, old English mustard is hottest I'll go
