sounds like alot of stuffing around. Have you tried to find the leak with soapy water? Might just be a bit of junk stuck in the bead? I have never used tubes in my tires, depends if your doing some very serious off roading.
Yea I'm going to take the Tyre off tonight and see if I can find the leak. Yea I will be doing heavy off-roading. Going to lcmp in July.
Nah man. Plug it! In a heart beat. If you can find the puncture I would not even take it off the car. Really basic to fix
Is a plug a permanent fix?
As far as i know they are mate. If there good enough for the tyres on my semi doing interstate id say theyll be right.
Plugs are permanent, and legal! As Long AS......... they are not used on sidewalls or more than 1in a hole. (Unless a stranded) then it should be replaced as soon as back in civilization.
Tim
ive got 3 plugs in one of my tyres from driveing on worksites and they work a treat but make sure you check the bead im always gettin mud/dirt in mine and getting slow leaks that way
Thanks guys.
The Tyre is going to the shop today. So it should be sorted by the sarvo.
Btw I don't have any plugs yet so that is why it is going to the shop. Also I could not find the hole
