Where is it?

Its the Commercial Douglas DC 9 or a DC 9 thats been converted for the war effort

DC9 was a big plane. This was a DC-3 which was much smaller

My Bad got my DC's mixed up, Its the same one as the joy flight job that leaves Essendon Airport, DC3

Most mates in aviation industry, when we saw that plane in '83 up Cape york
there was a long discussion over it. the conclusion being a commercial plane was gutted
and turned into a cargo aircraft for the war effort, thats how we saw it.
