Angry, confused, fed up - all of the above. Trying to track down the engine knock on my RD28T and discovered I have a leaking head gasket. Had the head job and full engine rebuild a year ago.

If you're in Siberia you probably get a better job than in Nathalia (Australia) , there are still those that do the job properly
Trick is finding one .
Found a good mechanic here, and he did it right last time. Problem here is our extreme temps wreak havoc on the metals and gaskets. Ranges from +20C to -50C tend to work an engine over if it's not in a heated garage.Quote:
