Police catch them, bail justices and magistrates grant them bail. The community suffers, I often wonder what his parental situation is like.
We have an ice epidemic locally, aggravated burglaries, car thefts, elderly people assaulted, family violence etc. We are having cars burnt out in the local forest on a very regular basis, I found four a while ago that were burnt out.
This has affected family and friends of ours and I'm over it. The police are doing their best but the 'system' lets them out again.
