So I'm guessing once its finished, cuppa will be a permanent resident in his new man cave?

Sort of. I’ll be building a ’temporary’ granny flat inside. It will become our ‘home base/storage facility/workshop’ to return to in between travels, so we can rent the house out & not need to worry about turfing out the tenants.
