that is certainly a comfortable time... if it is only a day trip, dare i say that is a late start by the time folks air down and have a yarn??

Perhaps we should at least say aired down and ready to hit the tracks by 11? If there are a few folks coming and its wet up there it may be a slow moving day.
just something to think about.

Happy to change it to say 10am just not sure CGM will be able to make it by that time???
