I'm keeping a list of people's mobile numbers and using SMS to update as many don't get on frequently but like to be kept up to date - if you're comfortable with it, PM me your mobile number and I'll add it to the group (42 on there now!!!). I won't spam you etc so only an SMS every few weeks to let you know of any updates, upcoming trips etc.

I am quite keen to go, however I don't know at this point whether I will be able to get time off work, whether a family event is happening, or whether I will be In Vanuatu. So I'm a maybe.
How much notice do you need to book e.g if I book it in a few weeks before will that be ok?

Book anytime between now and June 30th mate (there'll still be new members and 'stragglers' after that anyway, but we're trying to iron out numbers by then for booking of some of the activities - just so we have a reasonable estimate of numbers at that stage to at least lock stuff in).
