yeah mate very fast, which either says they were super keen to get someone in to the house or when we met the owner we ticked all the right boxes, either way happy days!
haha yeah saving all that money is going to be awesome.

we ended up in mitcham mate, in a nice house(older) but it has a good size yard, plenty of space, its in a quiet part of the suburb and its only a short walk from the station which is even better for tegan!

Top stuff Nic. Mitcham is nice. My inlaws live in Mitcham...

Awesome stuff nicco! Ive got some dodgy spotlights out the back of the house that need wiring checked. Have been dodgy for 4 years now so can wait another 4 til you finish the apprenticeship! Theres a coldy in it for your first qualified job!, :D

Yeh mate already charging, $56 a car load - not sure when it started though

Next Time thinking we might try mt Donna buang, which I've heard is good for families - but apparently there wasn't much snow there this week
