Yeah that's kinda how we settled on those areas, mainly because of public transport distance etc. It also looks affordable and a nice suburb

Yeh spot on with travel time / unless she needs her car for work in the cbd, she'll definitely want to be taking public transport. Paying for parking, plus tolls, plus peak hour traffic getting into the city would be a nightmare!!

Also keep in mind Ringwood east and if $$ are an issue, you can look a little further south towards Bayswater / boronia -- not as nice suburbs, but no major issues like Mudski and hodge get in the northern suburbs

I caught some Haddock, and am busy preparing them for lunch. Haven't caught any of these fish for many years.

Big win at golf on Sunday, now big win on stocks. I guess I should be happy but my native pessimism is kicking.
Shit must hit the fan soon. Don't know whether I'm happy or confused.
