I had the large intestine of a pig in a Rural Poor house in Central Philippines in about 1992, was not very ken when it was placed in front of me but it would have been Very Rude to do anything but Eat so that's how it went. Was surprisingly good.
I only ate a little to satisfy the host and had a heap of the Spanish Omelette side dish, happy days!..... No that meant the Left Over Pig Intestine was Breakfast! Hell yes it was!! Did not see that coming at all!!
