Not water savers!
Beware if you have kids. Some of those so-called-water savers are DANGEROUS. My parents place has them. When I had the hot tap on, to start with, the rubber was spat out and I was hit by a torrent of extremely hot water. If it was a child, they would have been scalded from head to foot. As it was I was able to get the cold going quick smart and only suffered mild redness on my torso. Also, it takes absolutely ages to temp right, which uses heaps of water.
All you need to do to make any shower head (pretty much) a water saver is use a washer with a smaller I.D. cost around a buck or two and your done.
I need a big shower head.........lot of area to cover :)
As bad as it might be, but the shower savers have been removed from shower heads.
I take quick showers any way, with no hair to wash and I like the hard high pressure shower without the water saver in place.
Back in Oz only a few hours from home now
Yeah Roofy home n cold (refreshing though) had a bloody rough flight to Singapore yesterday with the trolly Dolly's having to drop to the floor in some unexpected rough turbulence. There were quite a few gasps and some muttered F words hahaha. In light of the going ons with planes disappearing and/or being shot outta the sky by effwits I think a lot of people have a few jitters
Was rough most the night from Singapore to Sydney. Engines revving up n down hahahahaha
Transfer arrived today so fingers x it'll be fixed tomorrow!

Finally got mum to hospital today, to have her pacemaker replaced after 11 years of service. Happiness comes now from no longer hearing her saying that she will die if they don't change it, they said 8 years, it's now 11 years. She can't understand that it doesn't work like normal batteries, where, when normal batteries are flat or going flat, it's start to goooooooo ssssssllllllllllooooooooowwwwwww. But isn't the case in the pacemaker. It will work as normal. I've now got to put up with the oooohs and aaaaahs of the surgery to heal. Lol Love you dearly, MUM (78 yr old)
Awesome game of basketball tonight, 1st vs 2nd on the ladder and we smashed them! Top scoring with 17pts helped my happiness also :-P
Collected wife from hospital where she had spent the night in Acciden & Emegency after suffering some chest pain late last night. All good, not a heart attack, but was better safe than sorry.
After working hard at the gym for the last 6 months or so, went out for my first run in 3 years tonight (since before I got crook)......
And pulled up quite ok. Legs a bit sore but not too bad, 7km in 49 minutes..... Very happy with that!
