G'day folks,
I have had a fantastic time today with my family in Coffs Harbour, had a great lunch and spent time playing with my children at a local park.

18 days to go yooo hoooo
I bought 7 acres with my first home. Had a big big shed , dam, orchard, little house but was 30kms west of Geelong and he commute to. Melbourne killed me. I bought a block 15 minutes from Melbourne and built a new home. During he build I got a promotion and meant I did not have to commute so often. Damn it!! I should never have sold that paradise!! Have regretted it ever since. I go out that way occasionally and realize that it is still a long way out of town and I like Lara but acres in Lara have tripled in price in the last 5 years damn it.
I need acres and a shed please!!!!
couldn't give that away 20 odd years ago

G'day Trendsetters,
My apologies for being a slug, when it comes to responding to all your kind PMs sent me this year.
Yes, I finally got around to reading them all this morning, farkkk, in the future I promise to be more courteous and respectful by trying to reply in a proper timely manner!
I would personally like to thank the following folks;
AB, Apollofish, Astro, Ben-e-boy, cgm, Doggy, fracster, Gecko17, HuskyinAuz, Kevin07, macca, macca86, MudRunner TD, OldMav, Nissannewby, NP99, 93patrol, P4trol, Stropp, TPC, Trekster and finally Winnie! I really appreciated your correspondence's and once more sorry for not responding sooner.
Folks, this is what made me so happy today to finally read all the PM's sent to me over the last 2 months.
PS, unfortunately, I have been suffering from depression due to my ill-health this year, I am not trying to justify this as an excuse, other than stating that when the mind is not properly functioning, simple things are easily over looked.
Kind regards,
Paul & family
Farrrrrk Paul, hope you find yourself in a happier place soon mate..easy for someone like me to say but I do hope.....Don't worry about the last 2 months of delayed I'm still waiting for a reply from before you went on a holiday...Slackarse...
Well now it's two things, first is that Paul is back up and running, well maybe not running but let's get that soon mate! The second thing is is on my way back from the meetup in the middle I went to Dowerin 4wd meetup and won a portable compressor and a set of custom seat covers.

Watching Gecko make a fool of himself and being "pegged" by the kids
That's gotta leave a mark eh RLMFAO sorry GKO
Easy 1 million on the 5 acres I was sitting on, but closer to 2 million if it was sold smartly. Reckon one would get an easy 2 mill if it was subdivided first or sold 2 someone looking at subdividing which they did 2 properties down the road............1 house turned into about 5 houses!!!
All within a 10 - 15 min drive 2 the main centre of Penrith
We finally have our house heating back. Stupid gas valve called it quits, while on the other hand, the plumber know show to charge for a 5 minute, click out, click in unit. Oh well.
I read in the local paper that the new boat ramp and car park are now open for business in Portland. Although it was built adjacent to a top spot for KG whiting, (thus destroying it), it will be a hell of a lot easier to move around the foreshore when the Tuna are on the bite. So get your gear and head down to have a go at fishing and 4WDriving. Give me a shout if you drive down this way,
Cheers, mudnut.
Guilty. ........
Going to be an interesting trip to reservoir!!
Where you going???
Fitting my new winch. And off to test it out at Harvey for the weekend.
It's Friday and I'm about to head down the shed to cut my car apart!!!!!
G'day lounge lizards,
I am finally showing signs of getting my life back, I am at the halfway mark of my treatment and I already feel great. So great, that I spent the day spinning spanners on my Patrol.
Kind regards,
PMC
Good stuff, Paul. Its great that you can feel the treatment working.
Members on this Forum have made me happy.
I'm looking for a replacement fridge for my Jayco and sourced one in mudnuts area. Sent mudnut a PM and he happily went and checked it out for me - thanks heaps Craig.
I've witnessed the generosity of the forum members over the last couple of years and you should all be proud of yourselves.
Ther you go - A What Has Made You Happy Today story.
Put in a new diff lock. Waiting to see if it makes a difference. Haven't noticed much yet
I didn't end up getting it out and running but 1 bloke had his runva9500 out to pull a stuck grand Cherokee out of a bog hole and it worked with no issue and the brake to run the rope out was easier to pull than the terrain tamer that was also used.
But really chuffed with it
Got a 1/4 to 1/8 NPT reducing bush so I could finish off the EGT gauge on the GU, instead of removing the turbo dump pipe and welding in a new nut, frikkin happy! This bourbon helps too.
Finished the report
Not sure if this should go in the angry thread or not.
I just got home from work early and saw a silver Camry leave the driveway...hmm...what's going on here...lol
Go inside and Leah said the government rep has replaced our shower heads, door drafts and light bulbs.
I said where's our old shower heads? He took them!!!
My god, babe...they are really expensive Italian heads!! I looked at what he replaced and they are the cheapest pile of junk I have seen!!!
Just spent half an hour driving around town and found him...lol. He said he can't give them back...haha
Ummm yes you can!!!
