Got two massive days of work and then a huge weekend planned, and I'm crook as a dog.

Went to the physio yesterday for my knee, if it doesnt show improvement by next week i have to get an mri and most likely surgery. Havent been able to train for the past month, and if i get surgery I can pretty much write off half the year. Not happy.
IMHO they should do the MRI before bloody physio as they are only guessing as to what is going on and can make it worse. The MRI shows soft tissue damage that other scans cannot pick up. Anyway, I hope doesn't come to that though.
